Chapter Summary:

 
Tien Pao woke up and found himself naked. He remembered he directly slept from the bath. He was also worried where Glory-of-the-Republic was. He went outside and found his pig in a barrel. Though he was happy to know that his pig is still alive, he was angry as the Americans kicked his pig outside.
 
He have a conversation outside with the interpreter. Tien Pao asked questions like where his 60 fathers are, etc and the interpreter answered without being hesitated. Tien Pao argued with the interpreter that he want to go back to the rock immediately to find his parents but the interpreter denied until the doctor agreed. He gave Tien Pao the uniform of the Americans and all new items. Tien Pao wore it proudly and also found a stack of yen in pocket.
 
The doctor dropped him beside the rock. Tien Pao waited for a long time and found a family similar to his but it turned out that this wasn’t his family. He was very sad that he had to lose hope and it was getting dark. So, he ran to the American barracks and stood outside.
